1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service. It applies to all users of Brightvale corporate properties and platform services.

2. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Violate applicable law or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Upload malware, perform unauthorized penetration testing, or disrupt services.
  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages through our systems.
  • Attempt to access another customer's data or bypass authentication controls.
  • Mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated high-load workloads on shared infrastructure.
  • Harass Brightvale personnel or other users.
  • Use services to store or transmit illegal content, including child exploitation material.

3. Security testing

Coordinated security research is welcome under our disclosure program at /security#disclosure. Do not test production systems without authorization.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate violations, remove content, suspend accounts, and notify law enforcement where appropriate. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent termination without refund.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to security@brightvale.co with relevant logs, timestamps, and URLs.
